The NEW run strong programs are built to help you achieve maximum success while running in these streets…whatever success looks like to you. This could mean running a personal best or finishing your first 10km race without ending up in a ditch somewhere questioning your life’s choices. On the strength side: the programs focus on strength exercises for injury prevention, learning how to breathe while running, and working on a stronger core to prevent low back pain. On the running side: aerobic and speed endurance is the key to being able to run faster for longer. Cross training and conditioning during the winter will prepare you to hit the road running come the spring. Bonus? We have fun while doing it because life is short and running while having fun hits different…I know from experience.

Holistic Run Coaching

  • Your first session will consist of a 90 minute running and strength assessment to evaluate your strengths and create a customized plan to improve upon your weaknesses.

    Sessions may include specific strength training for runners with a focus on balance, stretch therapy to increase recovery, and/or aerobic/sprint training or cross-training.

    We listen to your body to ensure you always receives what it needs.

    LOCK IN: $115 +HST per session
    PAY AS YOU BOOK: $125 +HST per session
