From breath-work and deep core activation to improving hip and shoulder mobility, balance, endurance, strength, plyometrics, and even Olympic lifting—you’ll be supported on your journey to a stronger, confident, happier you.
I believe you can look good and feel good in the body you’ve been given while prioritizing function, and eating well. Without consistency, however, you will not see results, hence I require you to commit to yourself and the process for a minimum of 6 months.

Option 1: 30 Minute Sessions (Quick Fit)
This is ideal for busy clients who do not have many postural, muscular, or injury related concerns, and are looking for quick effective workouts with no frills.
A minimum of 3 sessions per week is recommended to see and feel the changes in your body.
$70 +HST per session when “Locked In”
$75 +HST per session “Pay as you book” -
Option 2: 60 Minute Sessions
These sessions are ideal for clients who are looking for radical change and are ready to commit to putting themselves first…NO EXCUSES!
A minimum of 2 sessions per week is recommended to achieve ideal results, with the best results seen at 3 sessions per week for at least 6 months.
$115 +HST per session when “Locked In”
$125 +HST per session “Pay as you book”
