To bring you maximum value and support I have collaborated with Holistic Nutritionist Lifestyle by Shara (Ig: @lifestylebyshara) so that you can achieve the body of your dreams. Shara focuses on restoring gut health to help with nutrient absorption as well as using nutrition and supplementation to target problem areas like your stomach, arms, and legs.
Break through your plateau and level up your fitness, because ain’t nobody got time to feel like less than the person you were meant to be.
We believe you can look good and feel good in the body you’ve been given while prioritizing function, and eating well. Without consistency, however, you will not see results, hence we require you to commit to yourself and the process for a minimum of 6 months.

90 Minute Initial Assessment (First Visit)

Option 1: 30 Minute Sessions (Quick Fit)
This is ideal for busy clients who do not have many postural, muscular, or injury related concerns, and are looking for quick effective workouts with no frills.
A minimum of 2 sessions per week is recommended to see and feel the changes in your body.
$70 +HST per session when “Locked In”
$75 +HST per session “Pay as you book” -
Option 2: 60 Minute Sessions
These sessions are ideal for clients who are looking for radical change and are ready to commit to putting themselves first…NO EXCUSES!
A minimum of 2 sessions per week is recommended to achieve ideal results, with the best results seen at 3 sessions per week for at least 6 months.
$115 +HST per session when “Locked In”
$125 +HST per session “Pay as you book”
