The NEW run strong programs are built to help you achieve maximum success while running in these streets…whatever success looks like to you. This could mean running a personal best or finishing your first 10km race without ending up in a ditch somewhere questioning your life’s choices. On the strength side: the programs focus on strength exercises for injury prevention, learning how to breathe while running, and working on a stronger core to prevent low back pain. On the running side: aerobic and speed endurance is the key to being able to run faster for longer. Cross training and conditioning during the winter will prepare you to hit the road running come the spring. Bonus? We have fun while doing it because life is short and running while having fun hits different…I know from experience.

Option 1: Beginners
What it includes:
> 90 minute running and strength assessment
> 1 private 60 minute in-person strength sessions per week
> 1 weekly 60 minute Fascial Stretch Therapy session
> In-app activation and mobility exercises
> In-app online running training program (aerobic)This is a strength training program to help support your body on your runs. Running training programs are an additional cost*.

> 90 minute running and strength assessment
> 1 private 30 minute run-specific strength training sessions per week
> In-app custom online running training program (aerobic)
> In-app activation and mobility exercises
> 1 weekly Fascial Stretch Therapy Session per week$680 +HST per month
